Terms of trade
These trading conditions apply when you shop in Spejderpost.dk. Spejderpost.dk is an on-line supermarket where you can send postcards and order selected items for delivery to participants at the Scout Camp. Spejdernes Lejr is part of the association Spejderne, CVR number 35533034.

Order
When you order at LejrPosten, you must

Order the goods
Enter [name, group / unit, sub-camp and neighborhood] of the participant who will receive the order.
Confirm that all information is correct, accept our terms and conditions and accept the order by paying
Your order is completed when your payment is approved and your screen displays a receipt. You are then bound by your order (see below under "right of withdrawal".


Delivery at the camp
We bring out to the information in the sub-camp, on the desired day.

The individual scout groups / units must pick up the item in the information themselves and distribute it to the scouts.

It is up to the sender to indicate the correct sub-camp when ordering, but we will of course do our best to find the participant if it is stated incorrectly.

Delivery costs for goods and postcards are included in the price of the postcard.

The prices of the goods are the prices that apply on the day of ordering.

Payment
At Spejderpost.dk you can pay with:
Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Mobilepay and JCB.

Your payment will be deducted when we have sent your order from LejrPosten to the participant's group.

We only charge a card fee for cards issued outside Denmark.

 

Prices and payment
All prices in LejrPost include VAT and all taxes. Prices are daily prices and we reserve the right to write and price errors.

 

Secure payment
When you shop at Spejderpost.dk, you must use a payment card. Upon payment, you will be transferred to a payment page provided by Nets Denmark A / S, which is certified to handle payment data, where you must enter card information. This way, we ensure that no one can misuse your card information.

Receipt
Once you have approved your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will receive your invoice electronically as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery.

Complaints
Should something go wrong against expectations, please contact our customer service, via email or by phone, as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving your goods, so that we can correct the error.

The rules of the Purchase Act apply to your purchase. You therefore have a 2-year right of complaint for goods that are not for the household's current consumption. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, this only applies in the case of a justified complaint, and if the defect in the product has not arisen as a result of wear and tear, incorrect use or other behavior that has caused damage to the product. You must complain as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after you have discovered the defect / defect in the item.

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Spejderpost.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission's complaints portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark.

Right of withdrawal
Spejderpost.dk grants the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act as follows:

For food and household goods, there is NO right of withdrawal
For all goods other than food and household goods, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (the camp participant you have ordered for) get the goods in physical possession
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Spejderpost.dk of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unambiguous statement (eg by postal letter or e-mail).

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use. If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

The withdrawal period is complied with if you send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of regret
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, Spejderpost.dk will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

Spejderpost.dk may withhold the refund until Spejderpost.dk has received the goods returned, or you have submitted documentation of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work.
